Every Stellar bike is assembled after you order it. Here is exactly how the process works — the same steps, every time, for every customer.
Choose your bike
Browse the five models, compare specs side by side, and pick the bike that fits your daily route and budget. Not sure? Ask us on WhatsApp — we will recommend honestly, even if it is the cheaper model.
Place your order
Order on WhatsApp or through the site. We confirm every order personally and answer any remaining questions before you pay anything.
Pay the 20% advance
We send a WhatsApp confirmation with our company bank account details. You can pay by bank transfer, by visiting our Lahore workshop, or through a representative. The advance confirms your order and puts your bike into production.
We build it — and prove it
Your bike is assembled after your order is confirmed. Before dispatch, we send you a detailed video of your actual bike — not a stock video. It ships only after you approve.
Pay the balance and receive
The remaining 80% is paid one day before dispatch. Delivery in 7 to 12 days after your booking is confirmed — we ship by Daewoo Fast Ex Cargo to your nearest cargo/bus station anywhere in Pakistan. Doorstep coordination within the city is possible for an extra charge.
Company bank account
Send only your 20% advance to this company account, then share the payment receipt with us on WhatsApp. We always confirm your booking on WhatsApp.
Cancellation, honestly
The 20% advance is non-refundable if you cancel. It is fully refunded if we cancel or have an issue on our side. We put this in writing on every order.
Video approval
You see your exact bike on video before it leaves the workshop. If something is not right, we fix it before dispatch — not after delivery.
Delivery
Delivery in 7 to 12 days after your booking is confirmed, by cargo bus (Daewoo Fast Ex Cargo) to your nearest station. Charges are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch — no surprise fees.
