Stellar is registered with the Federal Board of Revenue — Registration No. 3520185874913, Reference No. H789385-4, registered 13-Oct-2025, Tax Office RTO Lahore, status Income Tax Active. In plain words: we are a registered business that answers to the tax authorities, not an anonymous page that can disappear.
A real workshop
All major components are imported from China. Each bike is assembled, tested and quality-checked at our Lahore workshop, with local after-sales support. 174 Javed Jah Rd, Block B Phase 1, Johar Town, Lahore 54600. Video of your actual bike
Every bike is assembled to order. Before dispatch we send you a detailed video of the exact bike built for you — and it ships only after you approve it. If something is not right, we fix it before it leaves the workshop.
Warranty in plain words
The lithium battery is covered for 3 years (3000 charge cycles, expected life 5-6 years). Other electronic parts are covered for 1 year. For warranty repairs we call the bike back to our workshop, fix it, and return it to you.
Payment safety
Payments go to the company account of Stellar Technologies — never a random personal account. We always confirm on WhatsApp in writing. If we cancel or have an issue on our side, your advance is fully refunded.
Delivery you can plan around
Delivery in 7 to 12 days after your booking is confirmed. Bikes ship by Daewoo Fast Ex Cargo to your nearest cargo/bus station, anywhere in Pakistan. Charges are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. If a bike ever arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos — we take responsibility for making it right.
Company bank account
Send only your 20% advance to this company account, then share the payment receipt with us on WhatsApp. We always confirm your booking on WhatsApp.
