Orders
All bikes are assembled to order. An order is confirmed only when the 20% advance is received. The remaining 80% is due one day before dispatch. Full booking, cancellation and refund terms are in our shipping & refund policy.
Specifications
We publish honest specifications — range, speed and load figures are real-world estimates that depend on rider weight, terrain and riding style. Minor design details may change between production batches; anything that affects performance is communicated before dispatch.
Warranty
The lithium battery is covered for 3 years and other electronic parts for 1 year, under normal use. Warranty repairs are performed at our Lahore workshop.
